Delivered next day and easilly installed. Great shower. this is the second Galaxy shower we have had. Unfortunately the first brand new one was destroyed by the person who was fitting it and we never got the chance to use it. My husband did this one and it is perfect so here's hoping we get a lot of use out of it.

Very impressed with delivery, fast and efficient telling me what hour slot it had been allocated in the morning of the delivery day. The shower was bought because the old one was the same make and model and holes were in the right places in the tiles etc, think there are probably better showers around for the money but this one was convenient. Not sure exactly how old the previous shower was as fitted by previous owners but I'd had it working for 3 yrs with no prior hiccups.

over the past 8 years i have had 2 of the galaxy showers both have had the same problems and ended up u/s.first the cover joints part, water gets in & small burn out on the boiler terminal, this is repairable by wire replacement and reseal, the unit seems to lose a bit of heat and flow but acceptable.after that the covers start to crack, another burn out, mastic it all up and it'll last another 8 months/ year. why did i buy 2? because the wiring and cables had all been tiled and it seemed the only unit to fit without ripping the tiles off.Talking to other people the general thought is that there all as bad as the next one,pay your money and take your chance regardless of cost. Seems the plastic on all electric showers needs looking at by the manafactures

Ours died on the day our boiler decided to go on a blip also, so no electric shower and no hot water. Ordered on line and arrived the following day, fitted by hubby, no redrilling necessary and although we stayed cold for a while at least we were clean. Great service - absolutely no complaints. Definate use again.
